Officiating Changes- IFNA new rules and procedures from January 2012. For many of the matches played at local league level, Rule 2.5 Procedure for extra time and Rule 3.3.1 Timekeepers might not have an impact. Rule 7 Stoppages however will have an impact at all levels and all teams, players, coaches and any primary care personnel together with the umpires and Match Bench Officials need to ensure that they understand the new directive.
